How it works
Parent books a slot
The card is charged immediately. Funds enter a hold balance — not the coach account yet.
Lesson happens
The coach marks the lesson complete in the calendar.
24-hour window
The parent can approve or raise a dispute. No action = auto-approve.
Automatic settlement
GambitOS releases the payout to the coach, deducts the platform fee, and logs everything.
